B license - General Contractor license - this is a legal document that allows a company to engage in business for general construction / remodeling jobs.

This policy pertains to personal injury at job site as a result of possible workers negligence and also protects customers against any and all property damage or poor workmanship.
Contractor's Bond
This bond protects customers should for any reason such as personal injury, company bankruptcy or contractual disputes the project is not able to be completed the customer has access to monies in order to hire another contractor to complete the job in question.
