Mr. Customer (Sherman Oaks, CA) was looking to add a unique outdoor patio with an indoor look & feel. Mr. Customer and CHHS Inc. consultants designed the patio according to Mr. Customer’s description. His idea was to combine a unique wood ceiling with brush nickel steel pools and finish. Mr. Customer interviewed more than 10 different contractors. Most of them did not want to deal with a patio that was so uncommon, and with such a particular customer.
